Description

About 3 years ago, someone brought me a kitten. She was starved, and so scared. Someone had taken a stick and gouged out one of her eyes. All this and she couldn't have been more than 8 weeks old. Now, three years later, I have this beautiful, gracious and loving cat living with me. She's the nurse in the family. Each time a new kitten comes into the house, they get the "Madison Treatment." She bathes them, fusses over them and makes sure they don't get into any more trouble than a kitten reasonably should. She's addicted to spinach lasagna, likes to watch TV, has a purr that can rattle the windows and fur that has to be touched to be believed. I know this isn't one of my more "artistic" pieces, but every once in a while I feel the need to post a personal tribute to one of my furry children.

Glad she made it and is living a fruitful life. On my site there are pics of Marty and Isabel, two kittens that were thrown away in a land fill and fortunatly rescued from being plowed under by the daughter of the cat operator. Both are doing good.

Some people we have to hang and dry. You did a great job by taking care of the little cat! And I love your pictures.

Awww . . . sounds like the once poor kitty has now a good hearted person treat her nicely :). Even if one of her eyes is gone for good, she can be happy now :). Not every picture needs to be of "artistic" value, every picture has its own small story behind it, and the story of this picture/collage is one with a sad beginning, but a happy ending :). ~Momoka~

As I said elsewhere, I hate to see cats or any animal suffer. I am so glad she's found a good home. And furballs are such loving pets...Great shot and kudos for taking her out of her misery...
