She claws:
The blackened pit
Despair;
Thick as mud
Unclear;
Locked in agony
Ensnared;
Within herself:
Trapped

Agreed, despair is thick, is bound in lifetime and gets thicker with age. Some religions consider it a sin and it is certainly a trap. Interesting to put it in few words and let the imagination mull it over. Despair can visit often.

oh it defnitely speaks to me loud and clear...id rather not elaborate on it...but I'm sure there r alot who could relate after readin this..if not from their lives but they know someone who would relate...when ur in the middle u feell like ur drowning and noone could understand...we all are connected by our feelings...reach out and hold on...Jalen
