And with this I start my first 'real' series. Yesterday in the late morning it started to snow. If you've seen some of my previous photos, you'll know that recently there's been quite a lot of nice sunlight and all the spring flowers pushing through...so for the last day of february it was a bit of a shock to see snow falling. I, of course, went out taking photos of the garden, thinking that some snowy flowers would be cool. (just to flesh out the image...I was in pj's with my leather trench and army boots on...the very image of an english pervert, I fear)
Anyway, the day progressed, and after lunch the sun came out. None of the snow had settled and suddenly the garden was the very image of a late spring paradise :| Don't you just love English weather? Anyway, out again with the camera...more photos...and one resultant series...Two Seasons in One Day.
Haven't decided yet if the 'seasons' should be grouped together or not...any opinions are valued.
First shot of the series...some lavendar under snow.
Thanks for viewing

Hey frosty boy,I can just imagine you sprawled out on the icy Enlish lawn in aforementioned garb. But I'm sure twas worth it. Glad to see nature's still holding out her jewels to you my friend. The 'seasons' (whatever they are) are going nuts. Australia has sweltering humidity (w. clouds) then massive downpours (summer) then sunny & bright all winter ???. Over in NZ its more bizarre. Take refuge in populated areas (U-Rip / USA)dear bemused ones.

A great macro, sure ! but a great eye behind the camera !!!

LOL, 'the very image of an English pervert' - that's just lovely! Wish I could've seen that... sigh :D Anyways, you got a splendid winter shot here, well worth being taken for a perv :D
