Folks, I don't often repeat myself, but these are such fun, and people asked for more. So I'll give you 2-3 more. I'm not done with Utah yet! Thank you to turx for the laser tutorial. Comments in other languages welcome.

@ XR666: turns out that the mistake wouldn't have been trivial to fix (I did take a stab at it, but didn't have the kind of time it would take before I posted this). The area in black above it would require a gradient, because there is a gradual shift of color in that area.
