Hi, nice image with loads of details. I would shorten the grass a bit and make the water a bit more visible. It is a nice pic anyways. :)

Great tree bark; looks very real. I find Vue trees are dodgy when texturing the trunks and branches, always weird artifacts no matter what you do!

This rotten wood texture is quite exceptional what about some moss ? if it stays a long time in water, moss grows readily on it.. (only a suggest..:) Excellent

What a wonderful start! The textures a great. I would turn down the highlight slightly to decrease the shininess. I can't wait to see the finished version.
