Description

Image created in UF3.04, no post-processing. There is a technique in glass-blowing, when the glass is blown throw a net. Quite complicated, need of all six hands and a lot of nerves. Just add the noise of the fire and feel the dry heat. Hope you

I almost didn't click on this thumbnail but I'm so glad I did...I can feel the heat and the colors are vibrant! It looks like a wall of tile melting...very nice work Lisa. ;o)

I haven't many (any?) like this before; I like it. I especially like the speckly dots on the 'netting' - definitely not an image to anti-alias! Well done.

I used to do a lot of ceramics with wood and oil fired kilns. your image made me remeber looking through the ports at the melting glazes. Nice image.

Before I read the description I knew it looked like molten glass. I've never seen this technique used but I know what it looks like now. Fantastic image, great abstract design as well as a realistic look.
