Good render! It's taken me a while to come up with something to suggest on this image (as you know I always do!) ;).. My first observation brings me to the steps: Where the top of the steps meets the front I'm seeing what appears to be shadow leaks. They may not be, but I know FR often has this problem. To fix this I suggest setting the RH primary rays to about 512 and the adaptive value pretty high, maybe 90%. This will also clean up/even out/smooth the radiosity in the rest of the scene. But this will kill the rendertime! So maybe for this minor problem its quicker to tidy it up in Photoshop. Secondly, I feel that for the amount of light there appears to be in the scene, the area to the bottom right of the image could do with being a little lighter (it's 100% black). This can be easily (and quickly) fixed using the exposure settings in FR SP2a - use the HSV exposure and set the first multiplier to something like 1.5 (leave the second at 1.0) and take it from there. This should brighten things up a little but keep the contrast between the brightest and darkest areas. Anyway, these are very minor criticisms and could be just my taste talking. Overall another fantastic render. Take care. (By the way, good luck for the future as I've heard the news!)

Someone should be paying you for these architectural ideas and renders. This one makes me want to move into the place right now. So smart.
