How come, with all these comments, no one has mentioned the foreground? I suppose those might be rocks, but they sure look to me like the back side of a lot of heads with a _very vested interest in the outcome of this battle, with more still emerging from underwater. If that is what's intended, I think it adds a new level of interest -- this isn't just a battle either monster can break off from; one is guarding these little guys from the other. A human-scaled interest.
