Thanks for the comments. And, Markku, I doubt very much your sketches could be more nervous than mine :-) I'm unable to do a straight line in free hand. That's the reason my drawings have such dirty lines.

Really great sketching! That what you call "dirty", I'd call free touch of lines. Gives a relaxed feeling to the drawing:-)

your style with the nervous lines, that inevitably though compose the softest, sweetest, most tender images I can seeis awesome. A contrasting pair of moods merged supremely for balances and remindings. This lovely selfportrait is no exception and maybe there's the secret of your skill of givin a life impression through what you draw: you compose hiatus.. like life that is lived teaches to do :)
