Allrighty one you havent seen before , the flower dress note the fishtail cut bottom , of the shoulder morph targets for the straps the flowers are also able to be made transparant for the more slim evening dress look this material setting is called rainbow , t reminds me of a trout or KoiCarp, Feedback Welcomed
