self-timed shot of me on holiday in mevagissey, cornwall, may 2004. nearly as happy as i could ever be, sitting alone on a bench overlooking the sea, the hedgerows and the endless green of an english spring...
normally, i live in the (us) pacific northwest. BIOmostly i shoot digital, and do standard darkroom-type manipulations in photoshop. the gorgeous work i see here on r'osity, however, is inspiring me to dig deeper into the wonders of photoshop ie. compositing, layering textures, etc.
i'd love any and all comments... thanks for stopping by!

I'm having a problem working out what exactly this is...my first thought was some kind of pellet...but...could it be a nest? Either way, you have captured it so well...and that's from one strange person to another perceived as being so...

Fascinating.... looks like these poor little guys grew to big to get out of the nest....

yes - they are a pair of baby birds... forever in their nest as such... i don't know how or why it happened - but someone found it and wanted to show it to me...
