Beautiful! Were the crosses intentional? They add a mysterious religious perspective to this image.

The crosses resulted from layering and rotating 2 apo images a number of times. There was a black line onn them originally.

Interesting image and wonderful colors. My first impression on viewing this was that it was, perhaps, a sort of political commentary on racism and the KKK. Crosses, the suggestion of fire. Interesting how the mind associates things, isn't it?

It is really strange, I agree. That is the first thing I thought of as well. I can even see people in there, or so I thought. This is beautiful fire. Really scary imagry.

Whichever it is.. it seems to hold a feeling of tragedy. Great work tho, it really looks like fire and crosses burning.

Looks more like a nightmare to me! The crosses seem to be really prominent and impart of strong religious theme to this. Men, machetes, fire, powerful and dramatic images. Very interesting and excellent work.

Sorta reminds me of the scenes from the World Trade Center, after it burned to the ground. They showed some photos on TV that had several cross shapes in them. Very thought provoking image Mary!

Freaken cool! I like the ominous vibe this has and the silhouetted cross shape gives it a sort of gothic touch, too. Excellent work!
