Description
To date my only attempt at a complicated Bryce model, which with my experience took forever, this ended up too involved for my tiny computer to work with, so I had to produce this shot by rendering the ship sections seperately. The planet is a Bryce skyscape as seen through a glass sphere to distort it. All elements assembled with PhotoShop. First image of six.

Fantastic modelling. I can imaging how long it took to put it all together and I must say that the final effect it really worth it. Minor suggestion (just my taste)... It might be nice to have some interior light in the windows on the bridge in a different colour? Maybe those tiny spots of yellow would provide an interesting contrast to the grey bulk of the ships. I shall look forward to the next images.

A triumph of talent and creativity over diversity then! :) Really impressive models, are they freighters? I also think lighting the windows separately might be a nice addition and darkening the entire image might give a greater contrast. Well done! :)

er, hem, I've seen experts that don't do this well..;) treat your PC to some memory if you can, that helps a little and doesn't cost much (of course, if it's an old processor, it's a bit more spendy)..let's see more.

I like your image a lot. The models are great. I won't add much more contrast.

Those models are magnificent lots of work went into to this..I can imagine if as you say what your tiny computer went through..but man was it worth it. The only think I would suggest is to remove some stars, it's a question of my taste and nothing else..I don't think that this is just great I think it's excellent and you get my vote to boot!! Look forward to your next one!!!!!

Definitely worth the trouble, I bellieve! That planet looks terrific. I hadn't heard of that technique before. Guess you learn something new everyday! The modeling of the ships is excellent! You have to get my vote too! :)
