Description

Made with UltraFractal 3. Nearly sixty layers, many for texturing and masking. This is the third version that evolved over one week of working in UF, rendering intermediate versions to disk and enhance.
Thanks go to Mint (fractalgarden here) who suggested to add shadows and to Rick (Rykk here) who proposed a shaded egg in the center of the larger elliptic ring. But unfortunately I am really bad in constructing fractal eggs.

Amazing design, Andreas! I like the cool background texturing and the shadows are just right. VERY cool composition - especially how the rays inside the ring stop where the outer ones begin - gives the whole thing a great left to right movement. Yeah, I never made a decent egg, myself either - was just a quick thought -lol.
