I like such images a lot. Wonderful. Just one remark : why is the foreground tree placed at the very left side? Put it a bit more to the right and yr image will even improve. (PS : it reminds me that I also have such frozen trees in my slides collection).

I agree with everyone about composition. The best way to do it is to move the whole image leftward, since the fence is placed so precisely. As for the background tree, you could make a line of these someplace, and they would look quite nice.
