This is beautiful work. The only suggestion I could make, is to add a little bit of shadowing,--although, I do not use watercolor's, so that may be a difficult thing to do, I am not sure. But on the whole? This is excellent work! I give my vote V.

I;ve done a little bit of water colour myself in teh past, and what i was told is this: 'When painting with water colours, it's very easy to resort to drawing shapes and filling them in with blocks of colour. Instead, try to stay away from sharp lines, except where absolutely necessary. And don't add dark lines where there are none' I've notced alot of people do this, and i see itin your work too. The lines you have showing the corners and outline of the building (especially around the chimney) aren't actually there when you look at the scene in real life. So, try to show the edges in your work by representing them as they're shown for real. In this case, by showing the differences in shading between one wall and another. I know that's a lot, and i have to say, the picture is truely lovely anyway... you shoudl be very proud!

Looks great I reckon, maybe some details of the shingles/slates on the roofs would add to it? Then again maybe not? Superb as it is though.

So beautiful! I have tried watercolor and it's very difficult to acheive this sunlit effect. The garden and house are stunning!
