Nice work. There is something strange about the eyes and the top part of the head that is perhaps because it is slightly out of proportion. The skin shader is excellent.

I believe that's because we see the right eye being too close to the edge. Might help to bring them closer to the nose? Don't know, just a thought. But I like the glassy look of the eyes and the sloping shape of the eyelids, it gives a feeling of forlorn sadness. The ears are great. All in all, rather impressive. Keep up the good work Mohammed! :)
