Description

Now that one is different, What i am trying to show here is the rich Arabian colors... don't ask me why we do like deep strong colors!!?? most of our items and cloth in the past used these colors that they used to made it at home, from onion leaves for orange color, black iris for deep purple ... and a chalk stone for deep blue (sorry i don't know what you call it in English). they soaked the wool threads that they made from sheeps coat!! with the onion leaves ... bla bla I guess this thing is taking so long!!!! and most of you don't care for all these details!? any ways this shot shows the coffeepot and the cup (such a heavy one!!) i guess you can smell the house made coffee that is very faimus in the Arab lands!!! ;-) what i did here is replacing the mirror and used a hand made fabric instead of it, and adding the wall cracks to give more richness to the back ground, (but for sure our walls don't look like that ;-) and i tryed to change the framing style this time too, any body know how i did it ??? I hope you like this one after all, and thanks to all of you who is commenting my images ... without any single comment from me :-( Sorry again, the best thing that i can do here is watching your thumbs, so please make good ones ..loool

The chalk stone may be lapis lazuli. Mrs. Weesel has several necklaces of it. Very distinctive color. I believe this is what is used on many mosque domes as well? This is very good. Also I can smell that coffee. Very strong like Greek/Turkish coffee. What a glorious smell!!

As you habit, a wonderful job Sanad, I love the difference of your style very personnal and beautiful. A marocan friend tel me : give a camera to an arabian, he will make calligraphy. And I plainly agree with it : your photos are image calligraphy. A great compo my friend.

He-he, from now I'll try not to cover my thumbs in black as I usually do... but the image itself will stay always different than expected from the thumb :-) I just love this little game to play... This is beautiful as alwais, the crucks are very reach... but I love your metalworks quality and I miss it here. Also would be greate to see that "mirror" fabrick as it is... So, please post the original image as well -- for me :-)

Really wonderful, as is the postwork.... what really does it for me is the peeling paint in the background... I love texture like that... and I do love the rich colors too.
