Oooh! Absolutely gorgeous work, especially on the face, she's incredible! I love the composition and the lighting, the glowing eyes on the skull are a brilliant touch. I'd say the fog is looking a tad horizontal at the moment, you might want to consider bringing it up vertically from the floor but apart from that this is excellent :-)
