Nicely done, though there some things that can improve this image. The earth looks too clear. If the planet your base is placed hason an atmosphere as shown in the image, good old mother earth must be covered by the clouds. Another thing that might be changed is the lightning. If you look at your atmosphere again, you'll see that it mainly has dark grey and orang/red colors. Therefore your buildings look too bright. Try to use some dark red and orange lights and you'll be surprised that your image looks much more coniving. I hope this helps! :)
