Very beautyful and touching. I think art is one of the greatest ways we have to celebrate life, even in the darkest days...

Society itself is responsible for breeding the individuals who perpetrate these acts of terror. Don't talk to me about innocence. Apathy is an explosive boomerang that tends to blow up in the blind and deaf faces of its friends. Perhaps one individual - a narrow zoom on one life - is innocent, but a large group never is. These acts are taken against society, not one person that gets hurt directly or indirectly. It's sad for the people involved. But it's also sad (and telling!) that some people find it necessary to kill and hurt so many, just to make a point - whatever that point is, whoever those people are. It's easier to dispel terrorists as animals, or non-humans, not to wonder or try to understand, than to ask what (Western) society has done to have such a large amount of hatred aimed against itself. In fact, only a human being is capable of this.

Wonderful Image. Kudos! As for Duodecem's comments, you may say that terrorist attacks are against society, and not individuals, but individuals are the ones that suffer the consequences. Sometimes, truly innocent people. Society will ALWAYS view the cowards that chose this path as just that, cowards. The fact is, terrorists will NEVER achieve their goal through this method. As we've seen time and time again, it only leads to more and greater destruction, on all sides.

Duodecem: one of those individuals was a pregnant woman. She died. Thats not the way for achieving their goals, they just generate hate. Dont know where r u from, but ill tell u that here in Spain ETA strikes once and again. I know what they want (independence for Basque Country) and know their ideals, i dont share their point of view but i respect it; but just CANT understand how they came to the idea that killing was the way to be heard. Manifestaci a las 7 en Col, dejemos clara la opini que nos merecen sus actos.
