Don't pay attention to the ridiculous size of this image but there was a black finished sky at the horizon so I had to cut it ... T4V

This is a lovely image. I agree with the comparison to Japanese prints. However, you can eliminate such black areas by making the sky larger (substantially so if you have registered Terragen) or by flood-filling it later.
