Description

This is my first try with World Machine ! Thanks to Terragen.fr.fm for the tutorial that permit me to even understand the basics. Worked for hours on the water and it took 8H of render at 4000x3000. Hope you enjoy this one. TFV&C. Have a great week everyone! Merci pour visionner et commenter. Une bonne semaine

Congratulations for your first try with...! Loks great at the first glance, but later I noticed too strong colour stripes on the wall. I`m also afraid that your water is too transparent-I never saw the bottom of so deep vessel, you overpurified it! ;) Great impression, anyway!

WOW, the most strinking thing about this image, is that I feel I could walk right into it. Made you one awesome terrain in WM, and surfaced it superbly. Oh and even a Texas boy has seen water this clear and clearer even. My mom was telling me the other day about water that was clear to over 10 feet in Alaska. Awesome image.

@Silgrin - When I used to go sea fishing from the rocks on the Gower peninsula I could see the bottom (and the fish) quite clearly when the water was 20 to 30 feet deep.

That was your first go!! Well, I'm impressed anyway Paul - great coastline and terracing. The water is again beautiful - the transparency is perfect, and it looks so real!!

You are quickly climbing the ladder to TG masterdom Paul. This is excellent work; especially the terracing of the terrain. The point of view is set perfectly so as to force a perspective creating very good depth. Regarding the strata; it is best to pick a predominant color within the strata and make your main surface color the same. This is beautiful work!

What a beautiful place to walk! And yes, I like the transparent water, too, and I feel it is entirely appropriate.
