This is Alexander Nesterenko's Nadya.
The skin texture is from Nadya's freestuff pack #1, the eyes are Actual Eyes from Blackhearted/MindVision-GDS/Rio, and the hair is Kozaburo's Kyoko Hair Mk3.

This is an arresting portrait, especially the eye reflections which I like. But there's something unsettling about the too-white eyes, and the way her teeth show right to the very corners of her mouth. Maybe it's supposed to be unsettling?
