@unstrung65: You got an eye for finding the flaws in my pictures ;-). Well its not a cyote per se, its a "kit fox" (looked it up in the ranger station). But who has ever heard of a kit fox hunting for roadrunners.

These are such unusual trees! I don't recall ever seeing these before! Are they called "Joshua Trees?" Beautiful image!
