rendered in Vue d'Esprit 4 postwork: Painter 8 Character: V3 Hadijah by ByteMeOk Dress: by Laurie S at Daz (with additional handpainting - me) Plants: Planit 3d Textures: Free by LEMOG (thank you so MUCH!) Thank you to everyone who posted. This image was indeed inspired by the "Windflowers" painting by John Waterhouse. Waterhouse is my very favorite artist, - I am fascinated with his technique and composition skills. I wanted to try my hand at what has been described as his "keyhole composition" technique, and also hoped to take my digital painting skills further with this image than before. I really did not want my model's face to look so "poser-ish" but, am not entirely sure I was able to accomplish that objective. Again, thank you so much everyone for the very kind comments. =) You've made me feel that I am hopefully progressing & making some strides. Thanks to everyone for viewing and have a great day! Reminds me of a pre-Raphaelite painting, can't remember the title; lovely image, you really get the feeling of the wind blowing. Wonderful painting!
