An Aliens oriented WIP.
Not happy with the lack of depth to this render.Any suggestions, depth of field maybe.

A little DOF would help. Also, I think you should un-center something and rotate the camera slightly as the image is to symmetrical. perhaps a view of the ground so that there may be something else to compare scale to. Other than that, everyhing else is top notch. i love the atmosphere and the texutres. All it needs is a little camera work:) Regards, E.

great model. i agree with the idea of changing the camera angle but i also think you might want to adjust the lighting so that the dropship becomes brighter than the background. the bright, crisp edges bring the background forward to much. hope it helps. keep em comming

You might also consider using distance fog to help reinforce the depth here. Very nicely done so far!

I'd suggest a little more detail to the textures in the background. As is, the dropship is pretty high detail, but the background isn't in as high detail, making it not really match.

I'd go with the distance fog and a slight tilt of the camera to catch the shadows a little better. Excellent image and model!
