Description

Hello everyone, this just in, my second submitted image after a long leave from Renderosity art galleries, i think this image marks my comeback in full swing. The theme you ask? The theme for this particular image was to use the nifty futuristic-german like commando figure i got (freebie) from a nice japanese poser site.. (http://www.jet.ne.jp/~m-jacky/index.html)And put him into sort of a solo action scene. And so you have it.. the "Trooper of Destruction" indeed walks away from the wreckage, the burning destruction which ofcourse he destroyed :) the flames i made myself by finding their images off the net and transmapping them etc..i'm quite pleased how they turned out. Tell me what you think of this, i like it. comments always welcome with me so talk away :)

On the web site it is called SAF PROTECT GEAR. How did you make the fire?

The two fire effects Fireball and Flames i simply found as normal .JPG files on google image search for "Fire" and placed them into my textures folder, then opened them up in PSP7 (any imaging program that can greyscale works for this aswell) and made the images greyscaled (Black and White) for the transmap.. then in Poser 4 i took the included simple flat square prop and applied the colored image as the texture and the black and white image as the transmap, making the prop invisible and changing the highlight color to a vibrant yellow to make the flames stand out and give them a sort of hot glow. then i just placed them against the building like you would any other prop and rendered. i hope that short explanation helps. :)

It seems to be the suit that the Wolf Brigade police unit uses in the Anime movie Jin-Roh.
