Great pose and POV, and I like the lighting too. But there are some problems with her lower legs and her left arm, it looks like Inverse Kinematics are messing up the pose. As for the shooting: the arrow is not placed against the bowstring, it should move back a little. Its head is a bit too high. Only the first two fingers of the right hand should grip the bowstring, ring finger and pinky should be clenched more. The hair color somehow falls off (it's not easy to paint or render blond hair well!). Also, the small tree somewhat to the right of the image seems to have the wrong scale. The other trees are great! A very good start, but I'd say it still needs some work.
