Description
An intersting building with two enclosed stairways to the rooftop and two railed-in deck-like areas. Have to assume these are roof-top gardens for the building's occupants. I suppose the glass enclosures help insulate the place in winter.
You roofers can look, now. However, tomorrow, I gots a real 'orror for you!

that's pretty cool... when i use to live in the big cities the rooftops were one of my favorite places to hang out! cool little getaway here :]
