Description

Alright.. I added some small water movement by the dog so that it looks like hes swimming and of course made the image larger.. Please let me know what you think. Thanks everyone!

very colorful, you know I might zoom in on the figures more or make the building smaller, you have brought together nice poses that seem to be over-taken by the background elements....but a good job overall...

I think the picture's composition is good as it is, it's a very nice idea!

I like this. Some suggestions, though: Maybe I'm just seeing things, but it looks to me like the guy's rump isn't quite on the dock. Maybe I'm hallucinating. Hmm. I'd do more splash around the dog's paw, and maybe water dripping from his mouth. Dogs splash like crazy. Passing thought: What if some of the splash from the dog hit the cat? Change the cat's pose to a "what do you think you're doing?" kind of glare at the dog, so you get some interplay between the pets while the man is lost in thought. I'd also back up the building a bit. Seems a little claustrophobic for my taste. I wouldn't do the lightning. Birds could work. One last nitpick: Most docks I've seen are made of boards rather than one solid piece of wood. I like the overall composition, however.
