Description
My favorite kind of work, illustration. This is the cover for an upcoming horror novel by Victor Heck. The cover of an ancient, evil bible. It's all texture and lighting. Not much modeling. Some kind of reptilian skin for binding. The angel was made to look iconographic, like an evil cross, something that could be made into a necklace for adherents to wear. Only thing added in post was some grunge to make it a bit dirty.
