Description

Landscape scenics are easy - or at least the easy ones are easy! I feel like a kid who's just discovered he can tie his own shoes. *grin* And yes, I plan to make more. :) Paint Shop Pro v.8 See the steps taken in the making of this image.

Nicely done, a pleasant soft and bright aura to the whole scene. If I may.. there's one thing that doesn't look quite right to me, the distant hills on the left side are brighter than the sky behind them. This shouldn't really happen (unless the ground is particularly bright, snow etc..), I have seen it happen at times when the sky is filled with dark rain clouds, but a gap in them allows some sunlight to shine through onto a hill, making it much brighter than the sky behind it (looks really surreal). Anyhow, I just think it would look better and more natural looking if it was darker compared to the sky like it is on the right.. But no big deal, I only noticed it because I looked over the picture for such a long time, and of course I only did that because I like it ;]
