Beautifully done. At first I thought it was odd that someone would want a head that resembled a rooster, then I googled his name, only to find a wonderful portrait of him by another Albrecht, Albrecht Durer. In the background is his coat of arms, which includes of all things, a griffn. I suppose that maybe this helmet is shaped to represent a griffin? I'll put in my two cents with punmaster, please do the rest!

Thanks! As for modelling the rest, I don't have references for it, but I could always use my imagination =)
