I'm not disturbed at least by the man. However I am disturbed that they only had baked beans on the menu at a 5 year old's birthday party.

This looks like one very powerful (and painful) botty cough. No wonder the poor chap looks disturbed. Not to mention his sawn off knee cap and steam rollered feet! LOL excellent!
