Interesting... I'm finding painting straight into PS kinda tough, it seems like it's harder to find a natural outline/rhythm to the work... This has nice colours and feel, but seems a little misshaped? Maybe my eyes aren't understanding the mask though... I like his right leg though. Good creases in the cloth. Was that an OK comment/crit? Peace, laters.

I love this, it's really dark and distorted, looks like something you'd find wandering around in Silent Hill. The colours and toning are fantastic and the grungy style suits the image perfectly. Excellent character and painting work!

Aaronius - perfectly valid points. I don't think i understand the mask either! sometimes it's refreshing to try to paint in a more impressionist style with less emphasis on pure representation. Of course if i was a better painter i'd get both done at the same time! Thanks to both of ya.
