i know exactly what this is.... Wesker was "injured" in the first resident evil when attacked by the tyrant. when he went back to the umbrella labs they found out he was a carrier for the T-virus (due to the wound inflicted by the tyrant). This strain of the virus is a sort of Performance inhancer for humans called S-form A (soldier form A). Scientist examned and traced the strain in his stream and re-implanted the perfected strain back into him, making wesker super human....(i know its corny but you wanted a story right?)) Excellent shady keep the renders comming.
