I like this as a texture or as something to put behind a picture. Actually on second thoughts, if this was about a metre sq. and you put it ona wall, I think I could stare at it for ages... :) very, nice. howdidyoudodatden? Aaronius

This is a little better

@Aaronius: all starts with some very basic geometric figures overlapping. at the end there are 50 to hundred (sometimes more) layers, all more or less distorted with every type of (most of them basic PS) filters and combined in almost all possible ways and strenghts (roughly said)...

@akrilico: started with the idea to create a hommage to all 2D art here and by the way discovered something I tried to walk on. but from the way of creating this images there are almost no possibilities to put some, well, meaning in. not in this way. so as the image 'windmill' is the most beautiful to my eyes I decided to stop at that point. from ~10 Layers at the first image 'additive' there where well more than hundred in the last one. but it turned out that it gets harder and harder to create something different and at the end - still no content. even if that hurts me not so bad as I really don't want to be an artist but more do this for the fun and viewing the results, I really like to create some more interesting and/or meaningful. maybe. the only 'artform' I practiced before was producing music, and for the last years it seems that my ideas went a bit, lets say, thin... so this is something really new to me and I'll keep it in mind. I'm really glad that some people her seemed to really like this series and 'bout all the comments and I'll be glad presenting something better sometimes but sure not now. was a bit a one-way and I have to find the last crossing. at last I want to thank you for all your comments. they were for sure helpful.
