The terrain in the background looks a little blurry. Perhaps you have the focus plugin enabled? Something that can help this a little is to open the image in Photoshop or paintshop pro and do a little image sharpening. Cascading water is a tricky thing. It's a great start!

For a first time, you did it well ! I can't give you advice, because I can't do it my self (I must try this once !). I agree with smiles95 about the "blurry".

Excellent waterfall. Too bad about the focus, this would have been a great render...

It's a little blurry alright, but the basic compositing seems to fit the overall picture; nice water in the f/g

.:The blur wouldn't be bad if the foreground was also slightly blurred - now it looks like the waterfall & rocks have been stuck behind the water - however the image has a certain eye catching attraction 4 me - further work on it could prove satisfactory?:.

I think the main problem is the lack of focus on the cliffs and waterfall. But it's better than I could do at this point. I've been thinking about a way to do it, too. Also, you should consider issues of composition. The composition could be significantly improved.
