I love the textures in this one. it seems as though its a neat tapestry or quilt... very mechanical/retro looking with a nice soft texturized feel. unique.

Yes, time. My favorite subject. I am more aware of it every day and am trying to reconcile the time as space thing as well as where/when I will be both a picosecond and a thousand years from now. Just a terrific image, those gears are magnificent in their shapes and textures. Great choice of colors, ancient and modern at once. Just wonderful! v

Fabulous composition, Lisa! I like the way the wheels/gears are each different in design and dress..and the colors you used are splendid. Great masking and light-shadow play.

I like the idea and the composition. made me think of the two tramps in waiting for godot. One says "it passed the time". The other one says "the time would have passed anyway.
