Description
This is the aft view schematic of the Defiant class starship. This was actually the first Starfleet vessel I ever made. It is also the only one so far whose source materials were composed of fairly good quality photos of the model itself, from all the angles I needed. However this abundance brought a problem that was most unexpected, although in this view it is not that noticeable.

Is the problem that all of the windows are on the inside of the nacells, so that none will ever be visible in your schematics?

No biotech, although the lack of visible windows on this ship sure helped my design of it... :)
