Wow. The detail of the jewelry is wonderful. I love the reflections. You may think about a little postwork on the ear as the polygons are very easy to see. I like the blur of the shoulders, showing depth.

You trully are a bussy b... (Oh, I was supposed not to write that anymore). ;-p Really, nice, eyes. Minor hick-up = her earings(piercings) do not spawn shadow on her ear.
