Description

Latest work in progress. Still more detailing to go, lights, etc., but I think it is coming along ok. Very difficult when you only have one image to go by that I saw in a magazine (upper image). So I'm basically going at it in a whimsical manner for the rear sections. ;O) Comments always welcome. I will be working on a military series in upcoming months, so I should be posting more hopefully soon. This model is available on the ComplxMinds website.

The panelling and turret look good, the tank tread sucks at the moment but I am assuming that is something that you are still working on.

Thanks for the comments flazza. Actually, the tracks are very detailed as well, but you can't see them in this image because of the shadowing.

Like the chrome on the tracks, dont know if you wanted them chrome but it stands out. Tough looking tank, kind of like the Bradley Tank.

Yeah, had to make it a little "sporty". ha-ha. The actual model has them in a lime-green to match the rest of the textures.

Now this kind of recon vehicle changes in the light like a chameleon from a M-551 "Sheridan" on the cover of "Leatherneck" and my brotheer in law screaming "You read the magazine I left on the coffee table in front of the couch here in your house where we are staying!" to Tim McVey and a Ryder Rent-a-Truck and a Marine guard dead at his desk in the Murrin building. In WW-I they were called female tanks and the Germans mostly used them.
