You bet it's art, that terrain editor is a powerfull tool and getting to know how to use it is to me the same as using any other CG tool be it in PSP, Poser or for that matter any tool in any part of CG software. Cool pic Excellent Work!!

Great title, great question...Everything is art, some is more pleasant to view or listen to or read and the rest is just more complicated. Excellent image, she seems to fit right into this gallery with her clothes.
