Took another shot at this after recieving some suggestion on how to improve it, the original is still in my gallery for comparison. Thanks for your patience, this is my first Photoshop only image. Comments are welcome, thanks for lookin!

Yes Kat, this is better. She still has the buttery smooth skin but now her essential features are more clearly defined. I think it helps her expression as well. She looks like she is pondering what to think of the person who is looking at her.

I agree, the lighting and shading are much better in this version and you did so without changing her face or personality, which is a feat in itself. Excellent...

This is truly a fabulous portrait. :) I love the personality and character you've shown in her face. Those eyes are wonderful, as well as the expression.
