They say that your hair keeps growing for a while after you're dead but this lady looks like she is really dead! Fantastic image, my friend, hauntingly beautiful and somewhat repulsive at the same time. I'm not sure what dead again means, to me it would imply that we are all mostly dead even while alive and that she has crossed into "death's other kingdom" for the final time. Eerie, fascinating, beautiful, and thought provoking, a great wildfire2003 work!

Aftermath of another failed love affair - a death every time, her heart is gone again... I guess no one can look at a piece like this without their own personal slant . But what else can make you die again and again ? But what did you mean ? Or is it artistic creation without articulation ?

Gez Barbara don't let anybody say you're afraid of going to the edge. This is such a unique image. In part I find it disturbing, but yet, that is part of its wonderful depth of emotion. I guess you touched that nerve in a lot of us that deals with troubling issues. Gulp, I'm babbling but I'll finish by saying that it is a great image that reaches into the soul. Barbara I'm late and it's all been said. I've never done this before with any image I've seen here. What I did is save it and rotated it 90 degrees and got a view did it again 90 degrees and got a view. That's how troubling this image is and how fantsatic I think it is. But what was really great was I experienced different emotions at each rotation. (ok call my shrink) Gotta Vote for this one.
