Such gorgeous and graceful detail that I forget it has been painted at all. It is more like something arising from my dreams. This one makes me want. And mostly want to know why. Who pinned it there? She herself? And why?

Oh f*** I didn't comment before!!! As usual, it's not that I hadn't seen it - I've come back to it several times - it's just that your work invariably leaves me so lost for words that no comment comes out almost, I never feel I can do it justice! When I first saw this it was my favourite of yours to date, now (as I look back) it's probably in my top three - "Resurrection" is probably in there too! I love the dirt of this against your beautiful eyes. The moth seems to be a permanent irritant that can't be washed away, just like a stigma itself. Pure art Bev :-)
