just playing around in ultimate paints with some textures I put in the bulles and change the colors of a shade of color that is why those lines is in there so good do you think this is a fractal ? thanks for looking and commenting and votes

Looks like a fractal but it really doesn't matter. Nice looking abstract work, great colors.
