The textures are excellent. I agree with raffyraffy on the lighting. It would also improve the rtelections in the windows. Still, a fine render!

Textures and model work is outstanding, the weak point is the window glass, but that's an easy fix.

As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I KNEW I had to take a look at this - it's VERY very unique and I love everything about it. It looks almost like a watercolor and it's awesome how you got that "look" Really brilliantly done!

great building work here, and same for textures, would only suggest a texure position move on the chairs to vary the use of same tex. ++ great work though.
