I like this image a lot, and I think you should keep working on it, are the spots coming from the green lights? If they are, you need to change thier placement, and add a green hue. The composition is great, the textures are great, though the sand? in the foreground could be scaled to look more sandy. the camera angle is great too! Over all a great imgage!!!
